Your Responsibilities

  • Accurate business and contact information
  • Valid, legally obtained lead lists and contact data
  • Proper authorization for calling provided contacts
  • Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Timely payment for services rendered

❌ You Must Not

  • Use our services for illegal or fraudulent activities
  • Provide false, misleading, or outdated information
  • Violate telemarketing laws (TCPA, DNC Registry, etc.)
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our systems
  • Share account credentials with unauthorized parties

Pricing & Payment Terms

Service Fees

  • Setup Fee: $99 one-time (includes campaign setup and AI training)
  • Per-Call Pricing: Based on selected plan and call volume
  • Monthly Minimums: May apply for certain service tiers
  • Additional Services: Custom integrations and advanced features priced separately

Payment Terms

  • Payment due within 30 days of invoice date
  • Late payments subject to 1.5% monthly service charge
  • Services may be suspended for accounts over 60 days past due
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified

Disclaimer of Warranties

SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed the amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

By You

  • Access to data for 90 days post-termination
  • Outstanding balances due immediately
  • Data export available upon request

By Us

  • Immediate termination for breach of terms
  • 30 days notice for non-payment
  • 60 days notice for service discontinuation
  • Right to suspend service pending investigation
